A kind of injection molding method that has chemical reaction in forming process, the using raw material under this method is not polymer, but is two or more liquid monomer or prepolymer, accoding to a certain proportion to add in the mixing head respectively, pressurize it to mix uniformly, injected immediately into the closed mold, polymerize and solidify in the mould, finalize the design into a products. 

Because of the used raw material is liquid, the mold cavity can be full filled quickly by lesser pressure, reduced the mold closing force and mold cost, especially suitable for the production of large-area parts.
